Bertelsmann Management Meeting

Every four years the eight divisions of the international management team of the Bertelsmann Group gathers in Gütersloh, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany for a two day group meeting. Presentations about the actual developments and an outlook of the divisions are the main topics.

flora&fauanavisions is proud to have been responsible on two occasions for the stage design, video content and the sound design for this important event.

Together with Nordmann Event Consulting and Christian Bauer of Artesian, flora&fauanavisions developed a stage scenario that included floor and rear projections of visuals with a distinctive look and feel for each of the eight divisions. Speakers were introduced by way of animation, preparing the audience for the content to be presented.

Each person on stage was additionally tracked and followed by video content. The highlight of the show was the message by CEO Thomas Rabe - a uniquely designed 3-dimensional interactive presentation filling the whole stage.
